| Tuchak Marketing Services, Inc. (TMSI) is a full-service below-the-line activation company. It was started in November 1999 and was incorporated in April 2004 in the Philippines . It designs tailor-made programs for its clientele and manages execution. The services include (1) mall, school and office tours, (2) gondola, booth and exhibit design and production services, (3) merchandising and promotional staff, (4) loyalty programs, (5) outlet audit and research services, (6) premium item production, (7) supply and fulfillment centers and (8) other specialized managed services. TMSI only maintains a limited roster of clients. Almost rarely does it service competing companies and brands (with permission). They tend to develop long relationship and trust with companies they service. It shares in planning, development and evaluation of programs and strategies with clients. There are no account executives at TMSI. Almost always it is the CEO that performs this function. The company logo is a kangaroo but the company has no business or relations with Australia (yet). The kangaroo is one of two animals that can not step back. The company has taken on this mascot to illustrate the no-retreat, no-surrender attitude of the company. We deliver excellent service. We set up a tailor-made program and get dedicated people to execute it. The end product is expected to meet and exceed customer expectations. We also give the client peace of mind. |
